One Way Connector

To inflate:

1. Join the valve with one way connector, then open the valve.

2.Blow the connector to help air in.

3.Close the valve and remove the one way connector when the

inflation is finished.

To deflate:

1.Join the valve with one way connector, then open the valve.

2.Fold and press the mat to deflate.

3.Close the valve and remove the one way connector when the

mat is totally deflated.
